By creating an account on Italista, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Listing Submission

By submitting a property or service listing, you confirm that:

  • All information provided (price, location, photos, description) is accurate and not misleading.
  • The listing does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Promotional Use of Listings (Including Social Media Promotion)

By publishing a listing on Italista, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

This includes the right to:

  • Display your listing on the Italista website
  • Feature your listing on the main page
  • Promote your listing across our social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and others)
  • Use your listing as part of additional promotional campaigns to increase visibility and reach

This promotion may include:

  • Organic posts
  • Paid advertisements
  • Featured listings
  • Email marketing campaigns

This social media exposure is provided as an added promotional benefit of using the Italista platform.

You acknowledge that:

  • No additional compensation is due for such promotion
  • Italista may edit, format, or adapt content for marketing purposes (without changing the factual meaning)

6. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload.
  • You confirm you have full rights to use all images, videos, and materials.
  • You grant Italista the rights outlined above for platform use and promotion.

7. Platform Role

  • Italista acts solely as a marketing and listing platform.
  • We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any transaction.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Copy or misuse other users’ listings or content
  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform

9. Removal of Listings

Italista reserves the right to:

  • Remove or edit listings without notice if they violate these Terms
  • Remove inactive or outdated listings
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Italista is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from:

    • Incorrect listing information
    • Third-party interactions

Use of the platform is at your own risk.
